Following a decade of success in the South East, Julie is delighted to announce the launch of Julie Bradford at The Helix Clinic, bringing a comprehensive range of massage based therapies for health and beauty to one of the capital's top private acupuncture practices.

Having trained with some of the world's leading practitioners at the
Clare Maxwell-Hudson School, and achieving internationally recognised qualifications in holistic, sports and remedial, and deep tissue massage, Julie has gone on to complete extensive training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) in Austria and is now one of a select few therapists in the UK to be awarded full accreditation by the prestigious Vodder School.

MLD, a specialist massage which encourages 'lymph' to flow more freely around the body, has been demonstrated to offer massive benefits to the immune system, in the treatment of infertility as well as well as chronic illnesses and primary and secondary lymphoedema. It also is the primary way to help post operative swelling and bruising and helping scars to heel.

So convinced by the results of MLD in a clinical setting, Julie has been keen to investigate the use of MLD as an effective anti-aging treatment and has formulated a facial treatment package, combining MLD with a high-tech mask developed by surgeons in the States to dramatically reduce scaring following plastic surgery. Not only does the 'ICE MASK' package boast excellent results but can be administered over make-up, making it the perfect lunch-hour treat.

Julie also treats Cellulite with MLD, which has excellent results especially when combined with Deep Oscillation treatment and Micromassage Magic garments, both the garments and the Deep Oscillation treatment have been clinically tested to prove the effectiveness of preventing and fighting cellulite.
